COMMENTS:

The Survey Peak Formation, Outram Formation, and Skoki Formation outcrop in the Rocky Mountains in Jasper National Park in the Alberta-British Columbia border area. Almost all known outcrops are in Canada's Rocky Mountain Parks, so collecting is forbidden.

The trilobites in these 3 formations include a diverse fauna of about 48 genera. They range in age from the Upper Cambrian (Trempealeau Series) to the Lower Ordovician (Ibex Series). The zones range (from oldest) from the Saukia Zone, up through the Missisquoia Zone, to Zone A through to Zone J (of the Ibexian of Utah).
